The concerts start again in September: in Quebec and in the United States

In September, concerts pick up again with renewed energy for guitarist and singer Christine Tassan.

In Quebec, she will perform in duo with violinist Martine Gaumond at Place Lagny in Ste-Agathe-des-Monts (Sept 6) and at Domaine Trinity in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu for the Symposium des Arts du Haut-Richelieu (Sept 7). She is relaunching her “Apéro-Jazz Thursdays” series at La Brassée with guitarist Ron Ledoux (Sept 11). Come enjoy this friendly café, restaurant, and performance venue located across from Parc Molson (Rosemont, Montreal). She will also be the guest of guitarist François Ouimet at La Petite Marche (Sept 12). On Sept 14, she will represent the guitars of luthier Théo Kazourian at the Kingsbury Luthier Fair.

From Sept 18 to 28, she hits the road again with her gypsy jazz group Christine Tassan et les Imposteures, for a tour in the American West. The band will perform at the prestigious DjangoFest Northwest (Sept 19), in a house concert at the Happy Hen Barn (Sept 20), at the Fidalgo Yacht Club (Sept 21), at Sunburst Arts (Sept 24), at the Mission Valley Live Festival (Sept 26), and at the Covellite Theatre (Sept 27).
